Return Policy
Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition. We can't accept returns due to normal wear and tear.
Not eligible for return:
Manufacturer warranties: For issues with pans, knives, electrics, cutlery, and other cookware after normal use — such as manufacturing defects — please register your item with the manufacturer and contact them directly regarding warranty coverage. This is separate from our return policy.
Kitchen electrics & cutlery (knife sets, single knives, cutting boards, knife sharpeners, knife storage) may require additional information and safety instructions before a return can be processed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
